30 x 30. Acrylic. Wildflower Dream was inspired by a dream of lying in the middle of a large field with a sea of wildflowers surrounding me. I could smell them and almost touch them, but when I reached out to pick one, they all scattered into space.
Oil and Cold Wax, 24 x 24. A Wing and a Prayer was created primarily with a palette knife because the blend of oil and cold wax creates a thick, fluffy and creamy medium to work with. Use of this medium often leads the artist on a journey of discovery and surprise. Such was the case with A Wing and a Prayer.
acrylic, 24" x 24'. This painting is part of my Meditation Series work. Each painting creates a centering image and space for relaxation, reflection and meditation. Rocky Mountain Moon incorporates very rich and vibrant colors, inviting the viewer to get lost in its dream.
24" x 30", acrylic. Equinox II reflects my fascination with our natural world and seasonal change as marked, in particular, by trees. The abstraction of the tree image, I hope, will allow the viewer will feel in the kinship of natural life and human life, light and dark and day and night.

It is textured with an underlay of paper to give it depth and the ability to draw one into the painting and into oneself.
